Return Process

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all safety seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Submit a Request

  Log into your Shoprythm account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
